Royal jelly is produced by worker bees and drones. These bees are fed royal jelly for only 3–4 days of their lives and live for 4 to 6 weeks. The queen bee is fed royal jelly her entire life and lives for 3 to 5 years. Their excellent nutrition probably explains why the queen bee is capable of laying 1,000–1,500 eggs per day.
✅ It is better to take royal jelly with honey.
Use of Bee Power (50 Capsules):
- We are not aware of any cases of allergy to CaliVita's royal jelly (Bee Power), however, people with a pollen allergy should be cautious. Then it's best to start with small doses and increase the dosage gradually.
- For older people, it's best to dissolve honey in a glass of warm water (40 degrees C) in the evening, add 2 royal jelly capsules in the morning, and drink.
- To stay in shape, take 1-3 capsules daily before meals for at least a month.
